DESCRIPTION At **AVOS Tech**, we are seeking a **Full Stack Developer (.NET \+ React)** to join a technology team focused on developing and evolving solutions that have a direct business impact. This position targets candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience, possessing a solid foundation in both front-end and back-end development, as well as the ability to work with modern architectures, quality standards, and collaborative environments. You will play an active role in building scalable applications, continuously improving development processes, and contributing technical expertise within the team. **Location**: Madrid, Spain **Work Mode**: Hybrid **Contract Type**: Permanent **Salary Range**: Competitive, based on experience **Key Responsibilities** * Develop full-stack applications on a layered, microservices-oriented architecture, ensuring modularity, scalability, and maintainability. * Implement modern and dynamic interfaces using React and TypeScript, guaranteeing a smooth and consistent user experience. * Build services, APIs, and business logic using C\# and .NET Core, applying clean design principles and sound development practices. * Manage data access and persistence using SQL Server and ORM tools, optimizing queries and performance. * Collaborate with the technical team to resolve functional and technical questions, providing recommendations that support decision-making. * Ensure proper use of branches, Pull Requests, and code reviews in Git/GitLab environments, promoting an organized and collaborative workflow. * Participate in defining and maintaining development standards, quality policies, and engineering best practices. * Guarantee software quality through unit tests, integration tests, and code analysis tools such as SonarQube. REQUIREMENTS **Mandatory Requirements** * 1 to 3 years of experience in full-stack development. * Experience in front-end development with React and TypeScript. * Experience in back-end development with C\# and .NET Core. * Knowledge of microservices architecture and layered design patterns. * Proficiency in relational databases, especially SQL Server. * Experience with ORM tools for data access and persistence management. * Experience with version control and collaborative development using Git and GitLab. * Ability to work effectively in a team and propose technical solutions that improve development efficiency. **Desirable Requirements** * Knowledge of non-relational (NoSQL) databases in high-scalability and flexible environments. * Familiarity with code quality analysis tools such as SonarQube. \#LI\-JH1 \#AVOSTechJobs \#Hybrid
