And that… is much more than just designing courses. ### **Your role: enabling the learning that drives change** * Design training experiences that combine pedagogy, technology, and creativity (blended, e\-learning, microlearning...). * Coordinate content projects from start to finish in collaboration with HQ, providers, and experts. * Manage our LMS as a true facilitator: upload courses, create learning paths, support users, and measure real progress. * Identify opportunities for innovation: AI, gamification, mobile learning… and lead pilot programs that make a difference. * Analyze training data with a critical eye: turn KPIs into actionable insights. * Optimize processes and workflows so that every piece of content reaches its audience faster and more effectively. * Provide support, train trainers, and guide those directly involved in the learning process. * Ensure an intuitive, agile, and motivating user experience throughout the training journey. ### **Why we are more than just a job** With over 190,000 students across 12 countries, we are leaders in English education for children starting at age one.
