What will be your responsibilities? * Plan shifts and size the team according to occupancy levels. * Lead, train, and supervise cleaning staff. * Monitor productivity and report daily results. * Ensure compliance with internal protocols and hotel standards. * Conduct quality inspections and manage inventories. * Serve as the primary liaison with hotel management. * Supervise working hours, absences, and vacations. * Guarantee compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and sustainability requirements. * Coordinate with the HR department regarding administrative team management. What do we offer? * Fixed-term discontinuous contract of 6 months, including a 3-month probationary period. * Rotating shifts: 8 AM–4 PM / 9 AM–5 PM / 10 AM–6 PM. * Weekly working schedule of 40 hours from Monday to Sunday, with two rotating rest days per week, depending on hotel needs. * Gross annual salary of 30\.408,58 EUR paid in 14 installments. * Immediate incorporation. **We seek individuals passionate about doing excellent work and committed to service quality.
