




We are looking for an Accounting Administrator to join the team at Residencia Les Gavines, a center with a stable professional environment and clear processes. The selected candidate will be responsible for the administrative and accounting management of the center, ensuring accuracy, organization, and compliance with internal procedures. Main responsibilities Monthly invoicing to residents and their families. Control and recording of collections, bank transfers, and payment forecasts. Management of contracts, resident admissions/discharges, and document updates. Filing and control of records and administrative documentation. Support to the central accounting department (report submission, basic reconciliations, cash control). Phone and in-person assistance to families, suppliers, and organizations. Administrative coordination with the center's management. Regular use of computer tools and the internal CRM system. Requirements Previous experience in accounting and administration (experience in the socio-health sector is desirable). Proficiency with office software (Excel, Word) and management systems. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. Good communication skills and professional demeanor.
