All rights reserved. **Long Description** -------------------- **Production Operator** We are looking for a Production Operator (TEMPORARY 6 MONTHS) for our site in Vilafranca del Penedés. The main objective of this role is to carry out food-grade resin manufacturing tasks, following specified procedures and instructions, and operating tools and machinery safely to fulfill customer orders at the highest level of quality, on-time delivery, and cost efficiency. **Job Purpose** --------------- Thus, the main responsibilities are: * Prepare required raw materials and verify the proper condition of machinery and tools; report/request any anomalies. * Manufacture products following recipes and production processes per formulations to meet the daily production plan. * Monitor processes to ensure correct application of methods and machines via SOPs, toolbox talks, check\-lists, etc. * Package products following packaging recipes and processes per formulations. * Perform correct product labeling. * Conduct pre\-quality controls to ensure proper batch execution during manufacturing or as described in SOPs. * Complete formula closure following established procedures. * Carry out routine machine maintenance tasks as described in machine SOPs. * Ensure implementation of 5S standards in the production zone and areas according to defined standards. * Report any HSE, Quality, Production or other incidents to the Supervisor/Team Leader. * Collaborate in conducting Root Cause Analyses (5 Whys). * Conduct raw material inventories to ensure adequate stock levels in the production area. * Comply fully with all plant regulations and procedures related to HSE\&S, Quality, and Environment. * Specific HSE\&S responsibilities: * Set an example and access the workplace in a physically and mentally sound condition, without impairments that would compromise safety during assigned tasks; maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment. * Collaborate and participate in all available initiatives, procedures, and actions aimed at preventing incidents/accidents involving any person present at company facilities. **Key Accountabilities** ------------------------ * + Vocational Training Level II in chemistry or similar, or higher vocational training, preferably as a chemical plant operator. * + Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in chemical/pharma/industrial production. * + Proficiency in the local language; intermediate English level is desirable. * + Residence within the region. * + Regular user of industrial plant management software (SCADA); SAP user level is desirable. * + Front/retractable forklift license (standard UNE). * + Availability to work rotating fortnightly shifts. **Key Activities** ------------------ * Meal benefits.
