Currently, we are seeking to incorporate a SERVICE ADVISOR into our Manresa team. What will your responsibilities be? * In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for: * Customer service, needs assessment, and offering high-quality, tailored services; informing customers throughout the repair process. * Managing customer history to enable cross-selling of various services (brakes, shock absorbers, timing systems, etc.). * Verifying scheduled appointments for the following day, registering and planning visits via Quiter; rescheduling no-show appointments. * Tracking customers in the ERP system. * Preparing quotations and managing invoices. * Handling incidents and complaints. * Managing leasing contracts. * Assigning repair orders (ROs) to different workshop technicians. * Cash register closing. * Spare parts management (providing product information to customers, placing workshop orders, managing order entries in the system, stock and reference control, warranty management). * Managing mobility options (courtesy vehicles, taxis, etc.).
