Description
Provide personalized, effective, and empathetic customer service by comprehensively managing telephone, written, and digital interactions with individual customers, travel agencies, and PortAventura Club members. The role involves informing, assisting, and promoting Resort products and services (tickets, hotels, packages, dining, additional services, etc.) in accordance with established procedures, ensuring a positive customer experience aligned with the Company’s quality standards and Customer Centricity philosophy.
Additionally, the agent must ensure accurate administrative handling of reservations, incidents, requests, and complaints, actively collaborating with the rest of the team to achieve the commercial, operational, and satisfaction objectives defined by the department.
Requirements
Required: Secondary education, Vocational Training Level II, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Tourism.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office environment).
High proficiency in both English and French is mandatory.
Desirable: Training in customer service.
