**CONDUCTOR END OF LINE PC** **About the Role** Operator responsible for managing the end-of-line zone for hygiene products, manufacturing products in accordance with established specifications and standard operating procedures. As a member of the shift team, you will operate various machines within the end-of-line area, including bagging machines, conveyor belts, cartoners, and palletizers. If this is you, we would love to speak with you. **Job Responsibilities** * Comply with Essity’s safety standards. * Ensure product quality meets specifications through periodic testing. * Ensure non-conforming products are rejected or blocked. * Execute various standards generated within the unit via DDS: SOPs, CILs, Centerlining, specifications, preventive order execution (SAP), etc. * Operate the machine and supervise the process, making adjustments as necessary after consulting with the Team Leader (TL). * Monitor statistical control parameters corresponding to the end-of-line. * Actively supervise and collaborate during format changeovers, maintenance, testing, and other technical activities. * Prepare raw materials and load them into the machine according to established standards. * Maintain proper communication during shift handover (with both previous and next shifts). * Maintain and optimize order and cleanliness in your work area. * Participate in the input and reporting of data generated during production. * Work in accordance with personnel development programs (121\). **Who You Are** * Valuable experience in an industrial environment * Higher Vocational Training qualification (electrical, mechanical, etc.) * Office software (Word and Excel) * SAP maintenance management system * Action-oriented and customer-focused * Functional / technical skills * Integrity and trust in peer relationships * Continuous daily learning and time management * Problem-solving ability * Self\-awareness **What We Offer** At Essity, we believe every career is as unique as the individual, and we empower people to reach their full potential within a winning culture driven by a powerful purpose.
