We are seeking to hire a Labor Insertor/Prospector to work with individuals from SOC training programs. Carry out actions aimed at facilitating the placement of students from various courses into the labor market. Create and maintain appropriate connections with the business community in order to identify their needs and offer our students to fill job vacancies. Conduct assessments of the employment situation for course participants. Provide information, guidance, motivation, training, advice, and support to students. Address difficulties students may have in finding employment, with the goal of achieving successful labor market integration. Identify specific demands of program users to achieve their placement. Design insertion strategies and methodologies with corresponding objectives, planning individualized insertion pathways. * Experience: 1 year. 12 months of experience as a Career Advisor / Prospector / Labor Insertion Officer. * Catalan (intermediate spoken, intermediate written) * Spanish (intermediate spoken, intermediate written) * Access to a vehicle * Willingness to travel * Driver's license: B * Temporary employment contract (10 months) * Full-time intensive schedule * Other relevant information: Initial temporary contract with part-time hours, with real possibility of transitioning to an indefinite full-time contract
