Our purpose is clear: **We ignite children’s future to unleash collective hope.** For our school in **GETAFE** we are looking for an **Academic Coordinator** to join our team! **Contract type**: Fijo Discontinuo **Hours**:30\-35/week **Start date**: April 7 **Why you'll love being part of our community** * Be part of an educational community with purpose, transforming the way children learn English. * Work with a proven, innovative method that makes a real impact on children’s lives. * Enjoy a collaborative and supportive environment, where your voice matters and your work is valued. * Grow through continuous training, motivating challenges, and real opportunities for development. * Feel proud to belong to a brand with strong values, vision, and passion for education. **Your role** * Guide and support teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events. * Monitor student progress and ensure meaningful follow\-up with families (progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, meetings...). * Conducting evaluations at the end of each trimester/story. * Helping school with projects * Organizing teachers, events, oral tests and audits at extracurricular classes in schools **What you need** * Full Proficiency in English (C2 level) or high C1 * Positive attitude and energy to inspire children * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Teaching experience is a plus, but not required * **Mandatory:** Certificate of Sexual Offences with no previous record (required by law for working with children in Spain) * Driver´s license and own car **Ready to inspire?
