Position Summary: Mango is seeking a Blue Team Security Specialist for its Cybersecurity and Privacy area, focused on control review and incident response. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a Blue Team Security Specialist to join the Cybersecurity and Privacy area within the Technology team. **ABOUT MANGO:** At Mango, we inspire and unite through our passion for style and culture. Ahead of us lie significant challenges that will enable us to continue growing and delivering value. **YOUR NEW ROLE:** Reporting to the CISO, you will be responsible—collaborating with various IT Operations, Functional, and Business teams—for reviewing security controls across different information assets, new projects, and cloud infrastructures. In coordination with the External SOC, you will ensure proper security detection and response, as well as coordinate forensic analysis and incident response. From the Blue Team, you will administer specific cybersecurity systems such as Anti-Spam and Anti-Phishing, the SSE solution, server EDR, the AD ecosystem, etc. You will coordinate or collaborate on mandatory cybersecurity audits (PCI, Swift, OEA, AVSEC, etc.), as well as internal audits covering AD users, administrative users, email accounts, etc. On a day-to-day basis… * You will collaborate in defining and drafting the security regulatory framework (procedures). * You will participate in cybersecurity awareness and training for users and collaborators. * You will coordinate incident detection and response with the External SOC. * You will participate in the operation and daily management of cybersecurity platforms. * You will manage digital fraud in collaboration with external service providers and Mango’s business areas. * You will collaborate on cybersecurity audits. * You will analyze controls and risks in new cybersecurity initiatives. **ABOUT YOU:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role. * Experience in operational cybersecurity management across systems, devices, workstations, communications, or technological environments. * Experience managing and administering Microsoft’s Security and Compliance suite is desirable. * Desired qualifications include cybersecurity training or certification, academic degree, postgraduate studies, formal education, CCSP, CISSP, CEH, ISO27001, etc. Ability to manage complex environments. * Strong communication skills. * Assertiveness. * Proactivity and autonomy. * Creativity and influence to mitigate cybersecurity risks with minimal impact on business objectives. **YOUR BENEFITS:** * Immediate hiring with an indefinite contract. * Flexible working hours (you may start between 8:00 and 9:30 and finish between 17:00 and 18:30), with intensive Fridays (you may start between 8:00 and 9:00 and finish between 14:00 and 15:00), and most holiday eves. * Up to 50% remote work possibility. * 35% discount across all our product lines. * Technical training on platforms such as O'Reilly, among others, as well as language and personal development skills.
