**Fracasso Restaurant \- Sitges** **Join the Fracasso team!** We are looking for an **experienced waiter/waitress** to join our restaurant in the heart of Sitges. If you enjoy delivering excellent customer service and thrive in a dynamic and professional environment, we would love to meet you! **Responsibilities** * Greet and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner. * Accurately take food and beverage orders. * Serve dishes, wines, cocktails, and other beverages. * Ensure an outstanding experience throughout the customer’s visit. * Set up and prepare tables before service and clear them after service. * Process payments using the POS system. * Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams. * Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and ready for service. * Assist with opening and closing procedures. **Requirements** * Prior experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant. * Excellent customer service skills. * Responsible, punctual, and positive attitude. * Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and high-pressure environment. * Strong teamwork skills. * Availability to work morning, afternoon, or split shifts as needed. **Languages** * Spanish. * Functional English proficiency is preferred. * Catalan, French, German, or other languages are considered a plus. **We Offer** * Competitive salary. * Full-time and part-time positions available. * A great working atmosphere within an international team. * Opportunities for growth within the restaurant. **Location:** Sitges, Barcelona Position Type: Full-time, Part-time Benefits: * Professional development support * Uniform provided Work Location: On-site employment
