Our technicians participate in monitoring, maintaining, and repairing facilities and machinery, working as a team to ensure their proper operation and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance. * Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards. * Resolving incidents in real time, in coordination with production. * Proposing and implementing technical improvements. * Monitoring and analyzing operational parameters. **Minimum Requirements** * Vocational Training (FP) in Electrical Installations, Electronics, or equivalent qualification. * Dynamic, organized individual with strong teamwork skills. * Availability to work rotating shifts: morning \- afternoon \- night. **Desired Qualifications** * Experience as a maintenance technician or recent graduate. * Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems. * Leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to make quick decisions. * Proactive attitude, commitment to safety, and results-oriented mindset. **What We Offer** * Permanent contract from day one. * Competitive base salary plus variable compensation with periodic reviews. * Health insurance and wellbeing programs. * Continuous training and a professional development plan. * Shifts from Monday to Saturday.
