Description
Diagnosis and repair of electrical automation systems with PLC control, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems in an industrial environment. Preventive maintenance tasks are carried out at the Pla de Santa Maria factory according to scheduled plans to ensure operational continuity. Systematic failures are addressed by proposing and implementing improvements to increase equipment availability, while acting as a preventive resource for safety and regulatory compliance.
The candidate collaborates with the maintenance team to optimize processes, identify critical points, and suggest technical modifications. The candidate participates in incident documentation and preparation of technical reports. A proactive attitude is expected to anticipate failures and contribute to continuous improvement of the production system.
The work environment is dynamic, featuring diverse machinery and automated systems. Teamwork and effective communication skills are required. Working hours are organized into rotating shifts aligned with production needs, and a temporary contract is offered with potential for long-term stability.
Higher vocational training degree in electricity, industrial electronics, mechanics, mechatronics, or related fields. Demonstrable experience of at least two years in industrial electromechanical maintenance. Solid knowledge of control and power electricity, as well as pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. Experience with automation systems and Siemens programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Additional knowledge in welding and use of diagnostic tools is desirable.
