The Germà Tomàs Canet Foundation, part of the Hospitaller Order of Saint John of God, is a non-profit organization whose mission is to support people in situations of vulnerability and at risk of social exclusion through the management of programs and services aimed at improving quality of life and social integration. Currently, it is seeking a Psychologist for the QR implementation project at its Barcelona office (temporary position). The purpose of this role is to provide technical guidance, emotional support, and psychological assistance to professionals and volunteers involved in the QR project implementation, especially regarding change management and prevention of emotional distress. It also aims to contribute to improving team well-being and ensuring ethical consistency throughout the transformation process. Reporting to the Project Coordinator, responsibilities include: \- Supporting professional teams in guiding interventions with service users. \- Providing individual and group psychological support to project professionals and volunteers. \- Facilitating spaces for reflection and emotional management to prevent distress and stress arising from the change process. \- Collaborating in defining strategies for change management and improvement of the work environment. \- Participating in training and awareness-raising activities on emotional well-being. \- Preparing monitoring reports and proposals for improvement related to team well-being. \- Coordinating with the Project Coordinator and other professionals to ensure coherent and integrated intervention. \- Ensuring confidentiality and respect for the rights of service users.
