If you are eager to learn, enthusiastic about human relationships, and motivated to join a dynamic team, this is your opportunity! **What will you do?** You will support the management and monitoring of strategic projects and company-wide transformation initiatives, contributing to process improvement and digitalization while developing professionally through hands-on learning and participation in cross-functional projects. **How will you do it?** * Support planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic and cross-functional transformation projects. * Collaborate in preparing, organizing, and updating materials and content (presentations, documents, tracking reports) related to the projects. * Support coordination among different departments, facilitating information sharing and task tracking. * Identify incidents or deviations during project execution and collaborate on proposing solutions under supervision. * Participate in process digitalization initiatives, supporting their documentation and monitoring. * Support researching digital tools and solutions that can contribute to process optimization. * Attend project meetings, drafting minutes, summaries, and capturing key agreements and action items. * Support change management activities, such as preparing materials, internal communications, or training sessions. * Collect, organize, and update relevant project information to facilitate tracking and reporting. * Support task and deadline tracking, contributing to updating project status. * Maintain project documentation updated and well-organized in shared workspaces. * Support preparing reports and presentations on project status and achieved results. **What will make you succeed?** \- Your education in Project Management and/or Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Your motivation to learn about digital transformation project management or organizational change. * Prior experience or previous internships in the sector are valuable. * A dynamic, proactive, communicative attitude and ability to adapt to change. **What do we offer you?** * A motivating project where you can learn and grow. * We will train you and accompany you throughout your development. * Paid internship. * Workplace: Olèrdola and Barcelona. *Do you want to join our team?*
