Summary: We are seeking an HR professional with experience in managing selection processes, training, and equality projects, with a people-oriented approach. Highlights: 1. Direct support to Management in people-related initiatives We are seeking a professional with at least three years’ experience in a generalist Human Resources role within an end-client company, preferably in an industrial environment. University degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, or similar. Specific or postgraduate training in HR and/or labor legislation. Proximity of residence (approximately 25 km) to the workplace in La Pobla de Claramunt will be highly valued. End-to-end management of recruitment and selection processes. Coordination with temporary work agencies (ETTs). HCM management (Bizneo). Onboarding and integration support for new hires. Creation and maintenance of job descriptions and internal protocols. Development and management of the annual Training Plan: supplier research; FUNDAE subsidy management. Support in Equality Plan projects, psychosocial risk assessments, and employee climate surveys. Design and management of competency dictionaries and performance evaluations. Organization of internal corporate events aimed at engagement. Direct support to Management in people-related initiatives. * 3 years’ experience. Experience in HR management using HCM systems (Bizneo, Factorial, Sésame, etc.). * Bachelor’s degree \- Psychology * Labor Relations * Catalan (spoken Advanced, written Advanced) * Spanish (spoken Advanced, written Advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: Specific or postgraduate training in HR and/or labor legislation. Organized, autonomous profile with strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and clear people orientation. * Vehicle availability: car, motorcycle * Driving licenses: AM, A1, B * Permanent employment contract * Full-time schedule * Gross monthly salary: 1930 * Other relevant information: (Gross salary calculated based on 14 payments per year) Monday\-Thursday: 8:00\-14:00 and 14:30\-17:00; Friday: 8:00\-14:00
