We need a person to perform reception duties, including answering telephone calls, receiving and escorting visitors, managing truck entry and exit, supervising meeting rooms, handling mail and courier services, and placing orders with suppliers. Various administrative tasks will also be carried out. The working schedule is Monday to Thursday, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A valid driver's license and native or near-native Catalan proficiency are required. Prior experience as a receptionist and residence near the area are desirable. The position is a temporary part-time contract with a gross monthly salary of EUR 558 for 16 hours per week.
