We are fueled by passion for improvement, learning, and tackling challenges bravely — always focused on generating real and sustainable impact. ### **The Role** We are looking for a **Transport Operations \& Warehouse Coordinator** to serve as the liaison between our warehouse and the Transportation team. You will be a key player in ensuring daily shipments are executed correctly, overseeing dock operations, coordinating with transportation agencies, and resolving incidents in real time. Your work will enable the team to focus on optimizing and scaling operations while guaranteeing excellent service for our customers. ### **Responsibilities** * Supervise daily warehouse dispatches, loading, and pickups, ensuring compliance with carriers' cut-off times. * Audit shipping processes to ensure packaging, labeling, and palletizing meet established quality standards. * Serve as the first point of contact for operational incidents with transportation agencies, managing delays, capacity shortages, or any other daily disruptions. * Coordinate communication between the warehouse and the Transportation team to ensure agile and accurate information flow. * Identify recurring incidents, analyze root causes, and propose improvements to optimize operations. * Monitor key performance indicators related to shipments and service level. * Collaborate with Operations and Logistics teams to drive continuous process improvement. ### **Requirements** 1–2 years of experience in logistics operations, transportation, or warehousing. Knowledge of B2C logistics, e-commerce, and last-mile operations. Experience with picking, packing, shipping, and returns processes. Familiarity with transportation documentation (CMR, delivery notes, shipping labels, route sheets, etc.). Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS/SGA). Regular use of carrier portals (SEUR, DHL, GLS, Correos Express, or similar). Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. High fluency in Spanish and English (B1 or higher). Italian is a plus. Ability to work autonomously and make decisions in a dynamic environment. ### **We Especially Value** Experience in logistics, transportation, or e-commerce companies. Work in high-volume shipping environments. Experience coordinating carriers and last-mile agencies. Ability to analyze operational data and identify improvement opportunities. Experience participating in process optimization projects. Knowledge of logistics KPIs (SLA, On-Time Delivery, loading times, operational incidents, etc.).
