Description
The Assistant Pedagogical Coordinator supports the program’s pedagogical leadership, ensuring methodological coherence, monitoring of implementation phases, supervision of the technical team, and quality of interventions. This role safeguards compliance with indicators, identifies dysfunctions, proposes improvements, and guarantees pedagogical alignment of the project. It is a key role in ensuring that the program’s intervention model is implemented consistently, rigorously, and adapted to the needs of young people.
Methodological coordination of the team
Supervision of pedagogical planning
Monitoring of cases and pedagogical interventions
Quality control and file review
Supervision of youth intake process
Validation of materials, activities, and monitoring tools
Coordination and supervision of experiential activities
Follow-up meetings with various team roles
Cross-functional collaboration with outreach, psychology, and administration
* Experience: 2 years.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in direct intervention with vulnerable groups, preferably young people.
- Experience in pedagogical supervision, team coordination, or management of socio-educational projects.
- Experience in group facilitation, socio-educational intervention, and case follow-up.
- Experience in SOC programs and the European Social Fund is desirable.
- Knowledge of the local social, educational, and community fabric.
