Description
The Training Coordinator is the person responsible for the overall management of the program's training activities, particularly technical-professional and transversal training. They lead coordination with training centers, ensure methodological coherence, guarantee proper administrative management of training actions, and oversee the adaptation of methodologies to the youth group. This is a strategic role that connects planning, quality, administrative management, pedagogical coordination, and relations with training centers, ensuring that training meets the needs of both the local area and the program.

Institutional representation
* Experience: 2 years.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing occupational training programs.
• Experience in training coordination, liaison with training centers, and group management.
• Experience in administrative management related to training (GIA, Galileu, SPIN).
• Experience in SOC programs and the European Social Fund is desirable.
• Knowledge of the local training and productive landscape.
