We are looking for a Project Manager to plan, execute, and oversee end-to-end software development projects at our offices in Mallorca. What will you do? * Plan and supervise all project phases, ensuring smooth execution. * Manage resources and lead a multidisciplinary team. * Act as the primary point of contact with the client, guaranteeing satisfaction of their needs. * Ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery. What do you bring? * At least 5 years of experience managing software development projects. * Proficiency with platforms such as Jira or DevOps. * Knowledge of agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional (Waterfall) methodologies. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Prior experience working with public institutions or regulatory projects (desirable). * Ability to effectively manage schedules, budgets, and risks. * Basic knowledge of technologies such as React, PHP Laravel, and DB2. * Experience in projects involving AS400.
