




Job Summary: Supervise and maintain hotel or laundry facilities by performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Opportunity for professional growth and development Supervise and oversee the proper maintenance of our hotel or laundry facilities, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with current legal regulations. This position involves performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in the respective unit according to the candidate’s specialization, following instructions provided by the Supervisor or Area Manager. * Supervise and ensure the good condition of assigned facilities (hotel or laundry). * Manage technical incident prioritization, ensuring adherence to urgency order. * Perform maintenance and repair of specific machinery and equipment according to the area (laundry machinery or hotel facilities: electricity, mechanics, plumbing, carpentry, swimming pools, audiovisual systems). * Coordinate and communicate continuously with supervisors and area managers. * Request and manage supply of necessary materials and spare parts to properly carry out tasks. * Identify and report improper use of facilities and machinery. * Manage and control inventory of tools, spare parts, and materials. * Ensure proper execution of preventive and corrective maintenance work. Requirements Required Education: * Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) or Level II Vocational Training (F.P. II) in Construction Project Development, Electronics and/or Electricity. Desirable Education: Knowledge of maintenance of electrical and mechanical installations and laundry machinery. Knowledge of construction materials and tools. User-level computer skills (Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency). Experience: Minimum 2\-3 years’ experience in facility, electrical, and mechanical maintenance. Competencies: Ability to organize and plan tasks. Effective communication and teamwork. Incident resolution and attention to detail. What We Offer Permanent intermittent contract.
