Coordinate, supervise and optimize the daily work of the Floor Valets team, ensuring the proper distribution, replenishment, removal and transfer of linens, amenities, materials and waste between different areas of the department, and ensuring compliance with established procedures. Your work guarantees an efficient, sustainable operation aligned with quality, order and presentation standards, actively contributing to service functionality and support for housekeeping staff and intermediate supervisors. Know and pursue daily the Company's Mission, Department objectives and Management Principles * Organize and supervise the daily operations of the Valets team, assigning tasks and areas according to needs * Verify that replenishment of linens, amenities and materials in offices and assigned areas is carried out according to standards and shift priorities * Control the removal and proper management of soiled linens and generated waste * Coordinate the transportation and distribution of cribs and other items according to requests from the Housekeeping team or operational needs * Ensure compliance with internal transport equipment usage procedures (vehicles, carts, platforms) and traffic and safety regulations * Supervise the proper execution of auxiliary tasks and collaboration with other department functions * Identify and report operational incidents, proposing process improvements and service efficiency enhancements * Supervise and control correct product dosages and compliance with required quantities and tools for each use as per established standards * Coordinate mobility between hotels * Supervise the proper reception, weighing, sorting and transfer of hotel linens according to protocols * Coordinate and follow up on inventory execution and linen stock control * Verify that order and cleanliness are maintained in loading docks, warehouses, laundry rooms, elevators and internal common areas, ensuring a safe working environment Requirements \- Basic education * Class B driver's license * Prior experience as warehouse assistant, delivery personnel or similar roles is desirable We Offer Fixed-term intermittent contract If you enjoy excitement, are enthusiastic, dynamic and passionate about customer service, join our team.
