EDUVIC SCCL has opened a recruitment process to hire a full-time Social Educator for its residential service Housing for Labour Integration (PIL), designed for unaccompanied migrant youth. Monitor and manage the service’s cash box. Participate in team meetings. Support youth in areas including training, labour integration, sociocultural activities, and their journey toward personal autonomy. * Minimum 1 year of experience. At least one year’s experience in a similar role. * Bachelor's Degree in Social Education * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / Knowledge: Socio-educational and mentoring competence — Ability to design and implement individual and group educational processes, promoting youth autonomy and social and labour integration. Intercultural communication and empathy — Skill in building trusting relationships with youth from diverse cultural backgrounds, demonstrating sensitivity and respect for differences. Management and organisation — Capacity to manage the service’s cash box, plan activities, and coordinate\-with the team, ensuring smooth service operation. Teamwork and professional coordination — Competence to collaborate with other educators, psychologists, social workers, and external agents, actively participating in meetings and decision-making. Conflict resolution and emotional management — Ability to handle complex or crisis situations calmly, assertively, and mediatively, fostering coexistence and the positive development of youth. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1857' to '2200' * Additional relevant information: We offer: A weekly working schedule of 38 hours (Monday to Friday, plus 3 hours on one Saturday per month). Daytime shifts. Permanent contract. Salary according to the Catalan Social Action Collective Agreement.
