TEAM ASSISTANT

As a Team Assistant, you will focus on being the central point of support for your team/office in all administrative matters at both commercial and business levels, as well as in the daily management of office affairs (suppliers, orders, maintenance, etc). In this role, you will be a key member of the team, covering a variety of tasks that ensure productivity, organization, and streamlining of all administrative tasks within the team. \- Manage various accounting aspects related to invoicing and financial management \- Oversee the filing process and management of documentation related to operations, properties, translations, etc. \- Management and ownership of the CRM (Salesforce) at multiple levels (accounts, properties, deals, etc.) and general IT support coverage \- Assist commercial and legal teams by performing general tasks related to due diligence, claims, and legal matter reports \- Carry out various marketing tasks impacting commercial activity and internal organization (property portal monitoring, virtual tours, marketing materials, event planning, etc.) \- Office management responsibilities (office supplies procurement, maintenance repairs, insurance, etc.) \- Reception duties and customer service \- Provide support to management in report preparation, presentation development, and sales reviews * Experience 1 year. \- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role (minimum 1 year) \- Proficiency in English, Catalan, and Spanish (additional languages are a plus) \- Proactive, solution-oriented, creative, and highly motivated individual \- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision \- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as external clients and suppliers, in a professional manner \- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced office environment, sometimes under pressure \- Organized and focused on work efficiency \- Proactive and collaborative \- Excellent customer service and telephone communication skills * English (spoken b2 \- advanced, written b2 \- advanced) * Spanish (spoken b2 \- advanced, written b2 \- advanced) * Driving license: b * Permanent employment contract * Full-time * Other relevant information: Annual gross salary ranging from 19000 to 30000 euros
