Logistics Warehouse Coordinator A growing logistics operator specialized in B2B operations, e-commerce, and reverse logistics for multinational clients is seeking a Logistics Warehouse Coordinator. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing center operations, leading the team, and ensuring compliance with quality, productivity, and customer service standards. Main Responsibilities · Plan and manage warehouse resources, ensuring proper allocation of personnel and material assets. · Coordinate and supervise a human team of approximately 150 people (direct employees and temporary agency staff), promoting motivation, engagement, and a positive work environment. · Organize work shifts and operational priorities, adapting to client needs and activity volumes. · Monitor logistical processes, ensuring productivity, quality, and compliance with established KPIs. · Analyze and resolve operational incidents quickly and effectively, maintaining smooth communication across departments. · Identify and report potential operational capacity constraints, proposing improvements or solutions to maintain service efficiency. · Participate in continuous process improvement and the implementation of new working methodologies. Professional Profile · Demonstrated experience in team coordination or supervisory roles within logistics or warehouse environments. · Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, results-oriented with ability to manage people effectively and closely. · Solid knowledge of logistics operations, inventory control, goods flows, and productivity. · Experience in commissioning and supervising teams and machinery. · Education in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. · Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
