Job Summary: Factory operator responsible for operating and supporting production processes, performing quality controls, ensuring proper equipment functionality, maintaining workplace cleanliness, and complying with safety and environmental management standards. Inclusive environment with opportunities for professional development. **Why do we need you?** \- Operate and support the production process, collaborating with various operations along the chain and providing assistance to the team throughout the production cycle. \- Perform quality controls, identifying errors or deviations in products before production completion. \- Verify equipment and material status, ensuring correct operation and immediately reporting any incidents. \- Maintain order and cleanliness at the workstation, properly managing waste generated during the shift. \- Comply with and supervise safety measures, reporting any anomalies on-site and following established procedures. \- Ensure appropriate environmental management, controlling waste, discharges, emissions, and promoting practices of reduction, reuse, and energy savings. \- Manage and maintain environmental documentation, including waste records, environmental incidents, drills, and deviations from the Management System. \- Support internal logistics, using the forklift for correct material placement and assisting in stock control, green points, SLOBs, and safe storage of hazardous waste. **Is this job right for you?** If you have: \- Experience as a factory operator \- Recent forklift operator experience within the last 3 years in the industrial sector \- Valid forklift license \- Motivation to learn \- Drive and proactivity \- Versatility and dynamism \- Open-mindedness \- Strong interpersonal skills \- Good teamwork ability **Don’t forget anything** At Saint\-Gobain, we value teamwork and talent development.
