We are looking for a Shift Supervisor for our Martorell restaurant. **What do we need from you?** * Experience as a Shift Supervisor, preferably in the foodservice industry. * Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, Microsoft Office, and general office software at user level is desirable. * Full availability. * Minimum education required: compulsory secondary education. * Ability to commute easily to our restaurant. * Exceptional customer service skills. * Teamwork with the culinary talent in our kitchens. * Enthusiasm, enthusiasm, and even more enthusiasm to learn — never enough! **What will your day-to-day be like at Popeyes®?** * Serve our customers and handle cash register transactions. * Manage staff shift schedules and monitor store cash flow. * Supervise daily sales target achievement. * Ensure our chicken meets quality standards, expiration dates, temperature requirements, and hygiene regulations. * Prepare orders for all our sales channels: dine-in, take-away, and delivery. * Perform restocking and inventory control tasks. **What do we offer in return?** * Career development plan: Opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding national foodservice company.
