




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant to support procurement, reception, shipment management, and invoice processing in the textile sector. Key Highlights: 1. Proficiency in the Delsol software is valued An administrative assistant is required to assist with procurement, goods receipt, and shipment management at a textile company. Responsibilities will include monitoring and processing invoices—both received and issued. Prior experience in administrative roles and basic accounting knowledge are essential. Familiarity with the Delsol software for procurement and product inventory management is highly desirable. This opportunity is targeted at young people aged 16–29, registered with the National Youth Guarantee System and currently unemployed. Candidates must hold a university degree, a Medium or Higher Vocational Training qualification, or a Professional Certificate related to Commercial Activities, Marketing and Advertising, or Commercial Services.
