We are seeking to hire an experienced Office Manager with commercial orientation for our office in Sitges. Responsibilities * Reception and in-person, telephone, and digital customer and collaborator service. * Schedule management and coordination of visits and meetings. * Organization and oversight of proper office operations. * Administrative support to the sales team (preparation of documentation, contracts, files, etc.). * Coordination with external suppliers and services. * Supervision of office supplies and order management. * Collaboration in organizing corporate events or presentations. Requirements * Previous experience as Office Manager, Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or similar, preferably in the real estate or service sectors. * Excellent communication skills and customer orientation. * High level of organization and multitasking ability. * Proficiency in office software tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace). * Languages: * Fluent in Spanish and Catalan. * Advanced English (other languages are a plus). * Proactive, solution-oriented person with a positive attitude. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7 hours per day, including Saturday mornings.
