We seek a candidate with commercial skills, strong organizational ability, customer orientation, and a proactive attitude. Prior experience in the sector is not mandatory, although basic knowledge in finance, mortgages, or real estate will be valued. Specific training will be provided by the company. We offer integration into a stable project, with opportunities for professional development and ongoing training. **Compensation:** Fixed annual gross salary of €19,000 plus a variable component of up to €8,000, with potential increases based on performance targets. **Working Hours:** From 9:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00\.
