Stable and recurring projects, well planned and always located within the province of Tarragona, supported by an established technical team and offering long-term continuity. The company maintains dedicated technical and administrative structures; therefore, the role focuses on site management and execution—not on bearing bureaucratic responsibilities alone. ### **Requirements** \- Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or equivalent. \- Minimum 5 years’ experience as Site Manager in building construction (public works experience is an advantage). \- Experience in cost control, planning, and team leadership. \- Highly organized, solution-oriented profile with strong decision-making capability.
