We are seeking production workers for the automotive sector to join an important company located near Vilafranca del Penedès. The tasks involve working as a production operator performing duties in areas such as robotic welding or laser welding. Candidates must have availability to work rotating shifts that include mornings, afternoons, and nights. In addition, having a personal vehicle is required to commute to the company's facilities. Prior experience in the industrial sector will be valued, although dynamic individuals with initiative will also be considered. An initial two-day training program will be provided to facilitate adaptation to the role. Furthermore, ongoing free training will be offered, including a forklift truck course and a specific metalworking course. The position offers a competitive salary of 2300€ gross per month, along with potential bonuses.
