You will act as a creative ambassador not only for your store's image but also for Primark, working closely with the Country Visual Merchandising Manager. As a Visual Merchandising Manager, you will influence and manage the visual merchandising team to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers. You will be specifically responsible for the attractive and commercial presentation of products and the correct implementation of displays, both in window displays and within the store, to enhance Primark's image, improve the customer shopping experience, and increase sales. **How would we like you to be?** You will have prior experience as a Visual Merchandising Manager and will be able to demonstrate your creative abilities as well as your capacity for collaboration and influence at all levels. Your attention to detail and knowledge of trends, along with your ability to creatively coordinate and implement diverse product ranges—from women's clothing to home accessories—are essential for this role.
