The selected candidate will join the educational team and actively participate in socio-educational interventions with resident minors. **Main responsibilities** * Educational support and supervision of minors in their daily lives. * Implementation of individualized educational plans. * Conflict management and promotion of coexistence. * Coordination with the interdisciplinary team. * Recording and monitoring of incidents and the development of young people. * Promotion of healthy habits, autonomy, and social skills. * Participation in educational, training, and leisure activities. **Requirements** * A **Bachelor’s Degree in Social Education** is prioritized. * A **valid driving license (category B)** is mandatory. * Prior experience in residential services for children and adolescents is valued. * Ability to work as part of a team, strong communication skills, and emotional management capability. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **We offer** * Integration into an established professional team. * Experience in the field of child protection. * A positive working environment and technical support.
