We are looking to incorporate a Maintenance Assistant into our team at Alannia Els Prats (Mont Roig del Camp) to ensure the proper condition and functionality of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in various areas of the campsite, primarily in painting and renovation. Main Responsibilities: \- Perform painting and renovation work on facilities, furniture, and structures within the campsite, ensuring an aesthetically pleasing and durable finish. \- Repair surface defects (cracks, moisture damage, peeling) prior to painting or renovation. \- Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance tasks in common areas and offices related to painting and finishes. \- Assist in improvement projects, remodeling, and renewal of common spaces and operational areas. \- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety and environmental regulations during the execution of all tasks. Requirements: \- Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles. \- Class B driver's license. \- Proactive attitude, responsibility, and commitment. \- Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends.
