Implementation of improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs We are looking for a Traffic and Operations Manager for our Manresa branch, with proven experience in transportation and logistics. The role involves full responsibility for daily operations: supervising inventory, planning efficient routes, and coordinating internal and external driver teams. The candidate must also resolve incidents in real time, maintain constant communication with customers and drivers, and monitor fuel consumption and other route-related expenses, always complying with legal regulations and quality standards. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for implementing improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs, collaborating with other departments to deliver rapid and efficient solutions. Personnel management will be critical: leading teams, ensuring clear communication, providing continuous training, and fostering a positive work environment. Quality control and occupational risk prevention across all operations are fundamental aspects of daily responsibilities. Minimum 5 years of experience managing transportation routes (internal and external), fleet management, and driver coordination. Familiarity with working with drivers, knowledge of tachographs, working hours and rest periods, and route planning is required. Proficiency in computer tools and Microsoft Office is mandatory. Leadership ability and performance under pressure will be highly valued, as well as advanced expertise in route planning and fleet management.
