We are looking to hire a Technical Back Office Technician to join our technical department in Olesa de Montserrat. The position focuses on managing and monitoring the manufacturing projects of our products. **Responsibilities:** * Technical support throughout the project lifecycle, from order receipt to final delivery. * Preparation of drawings and preliminary designs according to customer specifications. * Preparation and monitoring of technical and commercial budgets. * Technical communication with the client for requirement definition, clarification of queries, and project tracking. * Calculation of dimensions, weight limitations, and material requirements. * Ensuring that designs comply with applicable regulations and safety standards. **Requirements:** * Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD — **mandatory**. * Advanced proficiency in English. * Proven work experience as a back office technician or in a similar role. * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a technical school diploma — **mandatory**. * Familiarity with 3D modeling tools. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of Advanced Steel, Rhinoceros, AutoCAD 3D, or other 3D editing software. * Relevant work experience (2 years). **What We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a young and dynamic company with an indefinite-term contract. * Immediate incorporation.
