Job Summary: We are seeking a supervisor to organize and oversee manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency and coordination of industrial workflow. Key Responsibilities: 1. Organization and supervision of manufacturing processes. 2. Efficient management of industrial workflow. 3. Information analysis, logistics coordination, and performance indicator tracking. In Santa Margarida i els Monjos, we are looking for a person responsible for organizing and supervising manufacturing processes. This temporary position focuses on ensuring that the entire industrial workflow operates efficiently and cohesively. It is an ideal role for someone with managerial capability, accustomed to teamwork, and skilled in handling production data. Daily tasks include plant information analysis, logistics coordination, order management, material and label management, as well as performance indicator tracking. It also involves participating in departmental meetings and calculating bonuses. Working hours are from 8:00 to 17:00, with a one-hour lunch break. Administrative training, prior experience in industrial environments, and a personal vehicle for commuting are required.
