At our juice factory in Mollerussa, we seek to hire a Laboratory Assistant to support product quality control during juice and nectar production, as well as to supervise tanker trucks and manage product dispatch to customers. Your main responsibilities will include: * Performing physicochemical, microbiological, and organoleptic analyses. * Monitoring product quality at various stages of the production process. * Inspecting tanker trucks and managing dispatch of finished products. * Complying with food safety protocols and current regulatory requirements. **Requirements:** --------------- Requirements: * Intermediate or higher vocational qualification in laboratory sciences, chemistry, biology, or a related field. * Basic knowledge of physicochemical and microbiological analysis. * Ability to work effectively in a team and attention to detail. * Availability to work in Mollerussa.
