Location: Our headquarters are in Lleida, with presence in Barcelona, Tarragona, Huesca, Toledo, Guadalajara, and Madrid. **Production Manager (Junior Civil Engineer)** To expand our operations in the province of Tarragona, we seek to hire a Junior Civil Engineer to serve as Production Manager, providing direct support in executing our current projects. We are looking for a motivated individual with strong learning capacity and eagerness to grow professionally within the field of civil works. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist the Site Manager in daily project management. * Execution control: on-site supervision of works and quality standards. * Measurements and budgets: cost control, certifications, and supplier coordination. * Document management: handling of drawings, work reports, and tracking of Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP). * Coordination of in-house and subcontracted workers **Requirements** * Degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports). * No prior experience required; however, 1–2 years’ experience in construction sites will be valued. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and budgeting software (TCQ, Presto or similar). * Organizational skills, initiative, and ability to work in a team. * A basic 60-hour ORP course will be considered an advantage. **What We Offer** * Permanent contract: We invest in young talent through indefinite contracts from day one. * Real career prospects: A structured career plan designed to promote you to Site Manager within the medium term. * Integration into a dynamic, approachable, and highly collaborative team focused on employee well-being. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
