If you are motivated to work with advanced technology and be part of a dynamic and professional environment, this opportunity is for you! **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Telephone contact and follow-up with potential and existing customers. * Sending and tracking marketing campaigns and commercial communications. * Acquiring new customers and identifying commercial opportunities. * Scheduling commercial visits and managing your agenda. * Presenting and promoting the company’s services or products. * Customer retention and maintenance of the customer portfolio. * Updating databases and recording information in the CRM. * Handling telephone inquiries and resolving commercial queries. * Lead tracking and support in commercial and marketing activities. * Coordination with sales and marketing departments for campaign execution. * Preparing follow-up reports and results of commercial activities. * Administrative support related to commercial and telemarketing activities. **What do we offer?** * A stable project with continuous training and opportunities for professional development. * Integration into an established and specialized team. * Working hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. * A dynamic, technological, and excellence-oriented environment. * Competitive salary negotiable based on experience and skills. **Requirements:** --------------- **What are we looking for in you?** * Higher education degree in Marketing and Advertising, Business Administration and Finance, or related field. * Minimum one year of experience in a similar position. * A proactive, organized individual with attention to detail. * Fluency in Catalan and Spanish; English is a plus. * Geographic proximity is mandatory: Igualada or surrounding areas.
