The selected candidate will be responsible for quality documentation management, incident tracking, and customer relations related to quality. **Main Responsibilities:** * Root cause analysis capability: ability to analyze quality incidents or deviations, identify their origin using structured methodologies, and propose effective and sustainable solutions. * Conflict management and negotiation: ability to handle complex situations with customers, suppliers, or internal teams, seeking balanced solutions while maintaining positive professional relationships. * Knowledge of quality tools: proficiency in methodologies such as 8D, 5 Whys, AMFE/FMEA, PPAP, and APQP for problem resolution, failure prevention, and continuous process improvement. * Knowledge of quality standards: understanding and application of standards such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and IATF 16949, ensuring compliance with management system requirements. * Knowledge of ERP systems: experience using ERP systems to record, track, and analyze data related to quality and operations. * Audit coordination: organization and follow-up of internal and external audits, ensuring proper preparation of documentation and implementation of resulting corrective actions. * Willingness to travel: flexibility to travel as required for customer meetings, audits, or project follow-ups. * Excellent communication skills: ability to interact clearly and professionally with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. * Customer complaint management: experience in receiving, analyzing, and resolving complaints, coordinating corrective and preventive actions with involved teams. * Experience in quality departments: at least 5 years of experience, preferably in industrial environments with direct customer contact. * Preparation and analysis of quality reports: ability to generate reports, analyze KPIs, and present results supporting decision-making. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in quality departments. * Experience in production or factory environments. * Advanced level of English (mandatory). * Analytical ability, incident resolution capability, and orientation toward continuous improvement. **We Offer:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00–15:00. * Immediate start. * Salary negotiable according to experience.
