




Position Summary: Direct-care counselor for youth, primarily vulnerable youth, providing information, counseling, accompaniment, and mentoring to support their return to education, vocational training, or labor market integration. Key Responsibilities: 1. Direct intervention with vulnerable youth 2. Accompaniment in professional and vocational guidance 3. Assessment of training on equality and gender perspective Direct-care counselor for youth aged 16–29, with priority given to the most vulnerable youth up to age 24. Tasks to be performed include: providing information, personalized counseling, accompaniment, and supportive mentoring—whether for reintegration into the education system, promotion of training, and/or labor market integration. * Experience: 12 months. Document at least one year of professional experience in direct intervention with youth under age 25, within the integrated vocational training system or other youth employment policies. Complementary training related to employment, education, or youth work must also be documented; a certificate of attendance or completion is required as minimum proof. * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology * Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy * Bachelor’s degree in Social Education * Catalan (Intermediate spoken, Intermediate written) * Spanish (Intermediate spoken, Intermediate written) * Competencies / Knowledge: During selection, preference will be given to candidates with training and/or experience in equality, non-discrimination, gender perspective, and intersectionality, to inform and guide service users in choosing their professional goals and building corresponding training pathways free from gender bias and constraints. * Temporary employment contract (6 months) * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: 2142 * Additional relevant information: Full-time schedule of 35 hours per week: Monday to Friday, 9:00–15:00, and Monday and Wednesday, 16:30–19:00
