**Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP specializing in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental fields, seeks to hire 1 Bachelor's Degree, Engineer, Architect, or Diploma/Graduate Degree \+ Official Master's Degree to support a provincial antenna project for MRR/PRTR calls in Tarragona. **Workplace** -------------------- * Tarragona **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Promote provincial-level access to calls derived from the PRTR (Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan), enhancing local awareness of existing grants and subsidies and facilitating their implementation, monitoring, and follow-up, providing continuous and individualized support to each interested entity throughout all process stages (application, execution, and reporting). * Present the support service to Public Administrations (PAs). * Publicize calls by informing PAs about the existence of calls potentially relevant to them. * Support PAs in preparing the administrative documentation required for applying to such calls. * Act as liaison between PAs and the central technical support team (see next section). * Support PAs in preparing documentation for monitoring the execution of actions funded by grants or subsidies awarded (e.g., milestone and objective reports), as required by each call. * Support PAs in preparing justifying documentation and reporting on executed actions. * Organize, if applicable, training sessions, working groups, or other initiatives to promote access to calls and ensure their proper implementation. * Carry out any other action aligned with the main objective of the activity, as proposed by the project management for implementation within the territory. * Work collaboratively under the supervision of a Provincial Coordinator. * Proactive engagement includes traveling throughout the entire province—and occasionally to other locations—to meet with various PAs, monitor activities, conduct training sessions, etc., under the supervision of the Provincial Coordinator. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing assessment tests and/or attaching necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any stage of the process documentary evidence supporting information declared in the application, as well as to require additional details from the candidate’s CV whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits detailed in this job posting. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a Bachelor’s degree, Engineering degree, Architecture degree, or Diploma/Graduate degree \+ Official Master’s Degree (MECES 3\) (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). ### **Prior Experience** * Minimum three years of professional work experience. ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Spanish Class B driving license. * Availability to travel throughout the province, as well as occasionally to other locations. **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Additional Meritorious Factors** * Professional experience in projects with/for municipal councils. (To be verified during technical assessment.) * Professional experience in projects with/for regional agricultural offices, local development agencies, local action groups, entrepreneurship and advisory entities. (To be verified during technical assessment.) * Professional experience in projects with/for provincial councils, island councils, or other local administrations distinct from municipal councils. (To be verified during technical assessment.) * Professional experience in projects related to European funding calls. (To be verified during technical assessment.) * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data series). (To be verified during technical assessment.) * Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or ArcGIS.
