We **provide support** and ask for help when needed, and together, we share and celebrate successes. **Do you want to take part of this journey? don't wait and join us!** **About the rol**: We are looking for a recent graduate to join our Graduate Trainee Program within the Production Department, specifically in the Prototype Center (CPP) – eHouse area. In this position, you will work on innovative projects related to Software\-Defined Vehicles (SDV), gaining a deep understanding of both product architecture and industrialisation processes. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the transformation of automotive production and to develop your career in a highly technological and international environment. **What do we offer?** * **Experience**: The program consists of 12 months in which through a rotation plan you will have the opportunity to get to know different areas of the company * **International stay:** in one of the Volkswagen group companies in Europe. * **Training:** You will have continuous training so that you can develop your skills and technical knowledge to the maximum. * **Mentoring:** you will have a tutor and buddy (trainee from the previous year) to guide you throughout the duration of the program. * **Development:** you will have the opportunity to participate in cross\-cutting strategic projects, and develop your potential in a diverse environment with professionals with solid experience in area of quality * **Projection:** once the program is finished, you will have real options to join the company. * **Community:** you will be part of VW group with which you can share experiences, learn and have fun. * **Benefits:** excellent compensation package, different social benefits such as internal canteen and medical service, collective transport. * The 12\-month program is an excellent opportunity to acquire a global vision of SEAT through a rotation plan for various areas of the company, continuous training, the completion of projects and an international stay at one of the companies in the Volkswagen consortium. **What are we looking for** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Automotive or Electronic Engineering. Master's Degree is valuable. **Languages:** Spanish and English (minimum level C1\), Valuable German. **Skills:** Knowledge of programming and coding environments, Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills, Ability to work with complex systems and processes, Creativity and critical thinking, Proactive mindset and willingness to learn **Other:** International experience (Erasmus, international professional experience, etc.) **Nice to have**: Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence environments, Data management and analytics skills, Advanced German, Background in electronics, Strategic and critical thinking mindset **How is the selection process?** As a first phase, the pre\-selected candidates will go to the phase of personal interviews and conducting an online test. Finally, the selected candidates will be sent to the assessment center.
