We **provide support** and ask for help when needed, and together, we share and celebrate successes. **Do you want to take part of this journey? don't wait and join us!** **About the rol**: We are looking for a recent graduate to join our Graduate Trainee Program within the Production Department, specifically in the Prototype Center (CPP) – eHouse area. In this position, you will work on innovative projects related to Software\-Defined Vehicles (SDV), gaining a deep understanding of both product architecture and industrialisation processes. Master's Degree is valuable. **Languages:** Spanish and English (minimum level C1\), Valuable German. **Skills:** Knowledge of programming and coding environments, Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills, Ability to work with complex systems and processes, Creativity and critical thinking, Proactive mindset and willingness to learn **Other:** International experience (Erasmus, international professional experience, etc.) **Nice to have**: Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence environments, Data management and analytics skills, Advanced German, Background in electronics, Strategic and critical thinking mindset **How is the selection process?** As a first phase, the pre\-selected candidates will go to the phase of personal interviews and conducting an online test. Finally, the selected candidates will be sent to the assessment center.
