




Job Summary: We are seeking a commercial advisor for customer service in the energy sector, handling customer inquiries, billing, social bonuses, and incidents, as well as selling energy and telecommunications products. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and commercial advisory in the energy sector 2. Sale of energy products, services, and air conditioning equipment 3. Recruitment of new collaborators We are looking for a person to provide customer service and commercial advisory in the energy sector, available to work in Málaga. Main responsibilities will include direct interaction with customers, resolving their queries, and managing various tasks such as billing, social bonuses, and incident handling. Additionally, the role involves selling our energy products, additional services, telecommunications services, as well as marketing air conditioning and heating equipment. The candidate will also participate in recruiting new collaborators through various channels, such as phone calls or visits. A full-time contract of 40 hours per week is offered, scheduled Monday to Friday. Working hours will be split, between 09:00 and 18:00, including legally mandated breaks. * Experience in customer service or sales. * We seek an empathetic, solution-oriented individual eager to grow and proficient in digital tools. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. **Offer:** Unlimited commissions.
