### **Responsibilities**
Are you passionate about cooking and eager to join a professional collective catering team?
At Compass Group, the leading provider of foodservice solutions for hospitals, schools, and residential care facilities, we are seeking an experienced Cook for our Tarragona facility.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Preparation of the daily menu and special services
2. Maintaining order and cleanliness in the kitchen and work areas.
3. Compliance with HACCP, hygiene, and food safety protocols.
4. Collaborating with the team to ensure high-quality service in collective catering settings.
### **Requirements**
1. Minimum 2 years’ experience as a cook, preferably in hospitals, residential care facilities, or schools.
2. Knowledge of HACCP, occupational risk prevention, and food hygiene.
3. Immediate availability to start.
4. A car or motorcycle is highly desirable if residing outside Tarragona due to site access requirements.
5. Responsible, organized individual with strong teamwork capabilities.
6. Proficiency in spoken and written Spanish is mandatory.
### **We Offer**
- Initial contract of 3–6 months, with potential conversion to an indefinite-term contract based on performance.
* 40-hour workweek
* Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, structured as follows:
* Long week (working Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday)
* Short week (working Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday)
* Possible schedule adjustments
* Variable shifts according to contract; details to be provided during the telephone interview
* Immediate start is mandatory
* Salary aligned with the Collective Agreement for Collective Catering, paid in 14 installments: €1,636.60 gross per month
