A maintenance technician is required. Maintenance staff at the centre must carry out comprehensive maintenance of the centre’s facilities in an agile and effective manner, ensuring the proper functioning and perfect condition of all different areas. Among other duties, the following tasks will be performed: • Repair various faults that may arise due to the centre’s operational dynamics. • Carry out preventive maintenance of the centre’s installations. • Carry out improvement works at the centre. • Supervise and maintain work tools. Therefore, maintenance staff responsibilities include, among others: electricity, welding, metalworking, home automation, automation, IT, masonry, plumbing, etc., as well as material replacements and repairs necessary to keep the centre’s installations and equipment in perfect working condition. In addition, they must oversee and ensure compliance with maintenance protocols and guidelines for the centre’s machinery and installations. * 12 months’ experience. Experience of at least one year in a similar setting is desirable. * MIDDLE-GRADE VOCATIONAL TRAINING QUALIFICATION * Competencies / knowledge: • Ability to learn. • Organisational ability. • Ability to work in a team. * Own vehicle required * Driving licence: B * Temporary employment contract (2 months) * Full-time working hours * Other relevant information: Salary: €1,474.09 gross per month (14 payments).
